Placing An Order

Use the Search Box on the top right and enter a SKU or keyword. You may also navigate our menus.

All incoming orders are processed the same day M-F up to 3pm EST. If an order is placed on the weekend or holiday schedule the order will process the next scheduled shipping day.

Orders process quickly during shipping hours. Please contact our customer service right away to resolve the change requests.

Each order is special. There are various reasons for a delay in processing or canceling an order.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Products may not have arrived at the warehouse in time to ship
  2. The address and phone number provided in your order do not match the bank records.
  3. Your order is shipping to an alternate address.

If any of these apply we may contact you for additional information. If we are unable to reach you we may have to cancel your order. 

Unfortunately, we don’t offer personal discounts. Please chck with our Customer Service for current specials or sign up for our newsletter where we offer discounts from time to time.. The sign-up is at the top menu.


If ordering more than one prooduct orders may come from different warehouses. Tracking numbers are sent for each product once they ship.  Start Tracking the orders the day after you receive the tracking numbers.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email with tracking numbers.

  1. Copy the tracking number and put in the search bar at google. Google Search will find the tracking number for you.
  2. You may also click on the Chat box and choose "Check Your Order Status"

Note:  UPS, FedEx, or USPS sites can take between 24-48 hours to start showing tracking status.


Currently, we support product payment via Visa, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay and Paypal.

You can log in to your account at Paypal or Amazon to check for payment. If the payment failed to go through please make sure the addresses you are using 

Below are some of the common reasons:

  • Are you Billing Address and Shipping Address the same? If not uncheck the box in the payment section. Enter the correct Billing address and Save.
  • Did you fill in all the information?
  • Did you recheck to make sure the credit card number, expiration date and CVV Code have been entered properly?
  • Lastly, you may contact our Customer Service Agents to find out why your payment failed.

Yes, we do take Tax Exemption Certificates. Please fill out the forms completely for your state. Submit the forms to [email protected]

Once approved your account will be set to tax-exempt. We will notify you to log out and log back in for the settings to take effect.
