Shipping Information

For orders placed Monday through Friday, we strive to ship the same day, contingent upon stock availability. Orders submitted after 3 PM EST will be dispatched on the following business day. Additionally, any orders placed after 3 PM EST on Friday will be shipped on Monday, as we do not operate during weekends or holidays. To estimate delivery times, consult our corresponding map. Transit times commence on the business day following order placement. We operate from multiple distribution centers, depending on location and product availability. In the rare event that a product is out of stock, we may ship from an alternate location, which could impact transit time. For extremely time-sensitive orders, please contact us to confirm the delivery date. Our toll-free line is available Monday through Friday, and we strive to provide accurate estimates for shipping days.

Currently, we offer delivery within the contiguous 48 states only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska. When providing a shipping address, please ensure it is a physical street address, as PO/APO Boxes are not accepted. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for weather-related delays or unforeseen shipping disruptions.

Please note that orders under $35.00 will incur a $3.95 handling charge. All orders above $35.00 is free shipping.

Cancel Order

  • If you need to cancel your order, contact us promptly.

  • Our Ecare Customer Service is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

  • Cancellations must be made by 2 PM EST on the day your order is scheduled to ship to avoid fees.

  • Orders already in transit will incur a carrier intercept and return shipping fee of $18 per package, along with a $5 restocking fee per package.

  • Note that orders in transit via USPS cannot be intercepted.

Order Issues

Address Corrections:

    • If you require an address correction, reach out to us immediately.

    • Address changes must be made by 2 PM EST on the day your order is scheduled to ship.

    • Changing a physical address for an order already in transit will incur intercept fees by the carrier per package.

    • Please provide a physical street address for shipping, as PO/APO Boxes are not accepted.

    • Using a PO Box for shipping will result in an intercept address correction fee by the carrier.

If your package arrives and you are missing items please do the following:

  1. Check your tracking number to ensure you have all your packages
  2. Sometimes we combine items in boxes so please pull out all merchandise to see what is in the boxes since sometimes items are inbetween and at the bottom of the boxes. If you do not report missing items within 24 hours, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
